Thanks for joining me on the InkToAir podcast. My name is Carter and I am a hopeful writer. I have always wanted to write but like so many creatives, I lack confidence and don’t follow through. I have fun story ideas and I work on them diligently, but I let the voices in my head get the better of me.
Finally I decided, I am doing it anyway! Instead of shying away critique, I am going to embrace it. I am going to straight-up ask for it. A sort of crowd sourcing to become a better writer. Who better to give you the real-real than family members, friends and the occasional perfect stranger?
Welcome to my writing experiment. Please feel free to chime in at the comments (constructively of course) with story ideas, questions and yes even grammar lessons are very welcome.

I am beginning with The Parker Lewis Mysteries. The Boston Public Library is Parker's home away from home but when she and her Designer best friend, Mia, find themselves embroiled in a murder, she is unexpectedly launched into an international world of prestige, power and greed. Parker and Mia inherit more than they bargain for in search of a deadly motive, a killer and an unexpected legacy.
Each week there will be a new episode and a few days after, I will interview a friend, a family member or maybe even an expert, to get their feedback and ideas. We will talk about their take on the story, any comments that have come through on the website and probably some stuff that has nothing to do with anything.
Thanks for joining me on this journey and thanks for listening!
